The Residence Porta al Prato consists of 47 studio apartments recently renovated and composed of living room, one or two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower or bath complete with complimentary toiletries and linens, TV Led 32" satellite, telephone only for internal calls, wi-fi fiber 100 mega throughout the structure, air conditioning / central heating, ample private parking fenced inside at a cost of € 12.00 per night.
The cleaning service is carried out for stays longer than 3 nights, on request, once a week.
The reception is open daily from 9.00 to 20.00 but in this particular period will be introduced reduced hours and for this reason please contact the structure to arrange check-in preferably before 15.00
Please note that as of 06/12/21, each guest must present their Green Pass at check-in in order to stay at the property.
Located 20 minutes walk from the historic center, the main train station Santa Maria Novella, the Congress Center and the Fortezza da Basso, 5 minutes walk from the Stazione Leopolda and Maggio Musicale and 10 minutes walk from the Visarno area (place where events and concerts are organized). The structure is well connected with public transport, having in front of it a bus stop that reaches in 10 minutes Piazza San Marco and the Duomo and 3 minutes walk to the stop of the Tramway Line T1 in the direction of Santa Maria Novella station (1 stop only) and / or Scandicci.

For families, we have available, on request and with a small daily supplement, cribs, changing tables, high chairs and more, to accommodate your children during their stay.
